"This Privacy Policy is a formal agreement regarding the collection, storage, and processing of personal data of therapists at Yasmin Refleksi. By joining our management, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms."

1. Types of Data Collected

We collect specific personal data which includes, but is not limited to: Full Name, National Identity Number (NIK), active contact number (WhatsApp), personal email address, place and date of birth, current domicile address according to ID card, and health-related information such as known drug allergies. Furthermore, we collect Emergency Contact details, including the contact person's name, their relationship to you, and their active phone number.

2. Data Processing and Reporting Methods

All collected data is processed digitally through the Yasmin App for daily administrative needs. However, as part of our commitment to legal compliance, Yasmin Refleksi reserves the right to convert this digital data into hard-copy (printed) reports. This process is intended to fulfill official requests from the Department of Manpower (Dinas Ketenagakerjaan) or other relevant government institutions if an audit, employment verification, or legal reporting is required by state regulations.

3. Limitations of Data Usage

The use of your data is strictly limited to: (a) Internal operational management and performance reporting, (b) Fulfillment of legal obligations to government authorities, and (c) Emergency response. Emergency contact data will only be accessed and utilized if the therapist experiences a medical crisis, workplace accident, or other urgent situations where the therapist is unable to provide consent directly.

4. Confidentiality and Security Bounderies

Yasmin Refleksi guarantees that your personal information will not be sold, traded, or distributed to unauthorized third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Access to the digital database is restricted to authorized management personnel only. While we implement security measures, the physical storage of hard-copy data is kept in a secure location accessible only by the management for official purposes.
